Drinking Milk

Drinking Milk

  • The milk is pumped from the raw milk tank to the pasteurizer (HTST or batch pasteurizer).
  • Fat is separated from the milk.
  • After pasteurization and fat separation, milk can be homogenized (optional).
  • At this stage, different flavors can be added to the milk, such as fruit flavors or chocolate.
  • The milk is then pumped into the filling machine and packed (in bags, bottles, cartons).
  • The final product is transferred to the cooling room.
