Milk collecting center

For areas where farmers get an amount of milk that is not commercial and does not justify a processing facility. This milk can be collected at the Milk Receiving and Cooling Center (MRCC) and provide another source of income
How it works

  • The farmer brings their milk to the MRCC immediately after milking.
  • The milk is inspected for quality and safety, then flash cooled to 4°C.
  • The milk is kept in the MRCC until it is picked up and transported to the dairy processing facility.
